Be prepared to spend a couple of hours there (depending on hair length), because they are very thorough. They literally go through each hair to ensure that there is nothing left behind. They also include follow up visits to ensure that there are no new surprises later. These additional visits are included in the initial price. It was worth every penny and I would absolutely use them again, but I hope I don’t need to.
